Office building
The interior design of the Pixel office building in Poznan was created for the new headquarters of the largest Polish company in the Internet industry. We were inspired by the characteristic shape of the building designed by architects from JEMS studio: it is calm and flat on the north side, while the south elevation consists of numerous two-storey loggias forming a spatial chessboard. The building has 7 storeys and 12,000 square metres of floor space.
Idea
The internal common space mirrors the facade of the building. It has been divided by cabinets made of lacquered pine plywood. One of the investor's requirements was to arrange both closed rooms and an open office space. On the north side, evenly arranged cabinets separate the corridor from the workplace, while on the south side every second one of them is set back, which created internal patios as a place for relaxation and informal meetings. An additional zone of this type can be obtained thanks to the movable walls of the dining room and kitchen areas.

Material
When choosing materials for this interior, we opted for honesty. The concrete that forms the structure of the building was left unplastered, as were all the masonry walls. The materials used have undergone as little processing as possible, so that the energy expenditure for their manufacture has been kept to a minimum (ecology).
