Lake house

Plot The house was built on a diamond-shaped plot of land descending toward the lake. While obtaining the conditions for development, it turned out that only 1/4 of the land can be used for building. As we mentioned, the plot descends toward the lake, so we decided that we will flatten the part of the plot on which the house is to be built, and the reinforced concrete retaining wall surrounding this flattening [...].

Residential building at 58 Dabrowskiego Street

This is a residential building filling a geometrically complicated plot of one of the quarters of Poznan's Jeżyce. Only in one place this plot connects with Dabrowskiego Street by a narrow fragment.
