The house is divided into three sections, connected by glazed passageways, each serving a different set of functions. The section facing the street includes technical facilities and a garage, while another caters for daily home activities (kitchen, living room, dining room), and the third is the sleeping area with residents’ rooms. The layout of the sections is such that a small patio is located in the middle, accessible from the living area and the furthest room of the private quarters. Exterior finish materials are brick and titanium-zinc sheet in graphite. Window openings are fitted with aluminium joinery, also in graphite, rendering the entire structure contemporary. The house is 176sqm in total area, with an option of a mezzanine in the living quarters, with an area of 14m2.
